Trusting us with your garage floor is a multi-step process. Cleaning off grime and dust from the existing, covering and taping surroundings, and grinding down your floor to provide absolute adhesion for your new floor.
Once everything matches our high standards the magic begins with priming and flaking. This is where your floor really transforms into something made custom to you.
1 — Concrete Preparation
Diamond grinding removes contaminants and creates the surface profile required for proper adhesion. Cracks, spalling and damaged areas are repaired before coating.
2 — Primer
Add the primer to soak into the concrete to enhance adhesion
3/4 — Basecoat & Flake
The base coat system is applied followed by a full decorative vinyl flake broadcast.
5 — Polyaspartic Topcoat
A clear protective topcoat provides the finished surface with durability, chemical resistance and easy maintenance.
6 — Additives
Specific items to your project are added here; traction control, more chemical resistance, and extra durability to name a few.

Epoxy is great as a cheaper option, but ideally for areas not in heavy traffic, with UV lighting, or hot items (like hot car tires).
Polyaspartic is UV-stable (no yellowing in the sun), and can handle hot tires and heavier traffic.
Both systems generally look identical when complete, but in years to come you'll begin to see the differences.
Most garages take about 1-2 days to complete, up to 3 if its a lot of square footage or lots of love needs to go into the concrete to get it perfected for the coating.
You can walk on it after 24 hours, start putting items back nad have medium load on it generally after 2-3 days, and driving is best to wait 7 days to guarantee adhesion and solidification.
Absolutely and we are happy to do it. There is a limit to what can and cannot be done, but normal cracking, spalling, staining, and mositure can all be compelted by our team.
Upheavals and sloping will need other areas of expertise to correct, but we are happy to arrange some expert contractors who can take a look at it and go from there
Both epoxy and polyaspartic systems are designed with this in mind. Salt for example will still dry out and lave behind a residue, but a simple squeegee or pressure washer fixes that with ease.
